Hey just wanted to let everone know i made a trade with this guy and he never sent his end of the deal and now he wont return any emails or anything so watch out rebel101150 is his forum name
 
Fair enough, thats way more than enough time to get back to you. Sorry to see this, hope you get this taken care of somehow.
 
Thanks cds0699 its sucks but i dont think there would be anyway of recovering my stuff just wanted to let all the real honest people in these forums know to watchout.
 
Oh yeah I'm going to try my best to get this guy to cough up his end of the deal maybe some emails and pm's from other forum members might help also.I have his address so this is a start also I have spoke with legal council on this also.
 
Yes it was set up in the forums and I have all the emails also. I don't know who to report this to in the forums any help would be appreciated.

there is a report button on pm's and on ALL posts. plus if you can just link the thread where this all started in and i will look into it. being the internet i obviously cant promise much, i will look into it though and if i warrants it, take it to the rest of staff for consideration
 
So assuming the facebook page is correct, you now have his name, address, picture, high school.

Shouldn't take too much effort to find a forum member to pay this guy a visit... or at least pay a visit to his old man or high school principal and see if they care.
 
This has happened to me before. My advice is since you have all of his info, just file a small claims court lawsuit.

I ended up getting back everything and then some. The other guy had the court fees to pay.
