This Momma needs help!

I have a HTC Droid Incredible. I also have two babies, which means I have taken a lot of videos of them on the phone ;) So many in fact for the past year my phone has not been very useful because it is always out of space. I have deleted nearly every possible thing, regularly dump the 10 or so pictures I can take before it freezes up, but I need to get these videos off. If I attach the phone to the computer and and transfer the video files using windows, I get grainy video with no audio. I do not have room on my phone to download a converter and convert the files to then be moved off of the phone. Does anyone have another option for me? I would appreciate step by step instructions if you are familiar with this situation.
Thanks!

I use dropbox which is an app that transfers my pics and videos onto my computer.there are lots of apps out there that do this.then you can free up your phone. but you still need to physically remove from phone.I had same problem with my first galaxy. It had a very small processor so was always full.
Do you have them on seperate sim?

What video player are you using on the PC? Have you tried using VLC media player for the PC? It includes just about all audio/video codecs around.

What video format is your phone creating?

I think my PC uses the Adobe media player for HD videos. You could check the file associations (right click on the file, click on properties, in the General tab click the Change .. button next to Opens with .. and select the Adobe player if it's there).

Re converting the files: there are lots of converts availabe for the PC. Not sure how many are free, though.
