Three "Phone" apps installed. wtf.

Looking at Apps > All, i see there are three "Phone" apps installed. None can be disabled or uninstalled. They all have slightly different icons and greatly different permissions.

What is this shit?

Android 5.0
Moto X

Looking at my older Droid on android 4.1.2, there is only one phone app installed.
