Purchased an Archos 48 18 months ago and LOVE it...when it works.
Unfortunately, it simply refused to power on one day, and that was it.
Since then, I've had two replacements, each of which quit working for entirely different reasons. I'm no genius, but I have 2 older portable media players and a Blackberry, all of which work fine, and I know the "do's and dont's" of proper use--which means I'm pretty sure user error isn't the issue. So, even if Archos would send me a replacement, I think it's time for us to go our separate ways. And this seems to be a good place to get some opinions.
What would be your choice for an Android that
1. Has 500GB storage;
2. Plays lossless audio and HD video;
3. Is relatively bug-free; and
4. Is in the same price range ($200-350)?
