My internet slows to a crawl or stops completely about 10 days before bill is due. Called Verizon today. Told them I wasn't worried about the fair price on unlimited everything but I wanted what I'm promised. If it costs more so be it. All I know is they offered to me, I accepted & it's not working out for me. I mentioned throttling. Within about 5 minutes they aimed a signal & I was back in business. I'm getting monetary credit & 2 supervisors called to apologise. We'll see.
