Help throws me out

I have a Samsung galaxy 3 tablet
its just 12 months old, just recently it has started to throw me out of facebook and other apps.
Can anyone suggest reasons why this is happening now and how to correct it please, its so annoying

Have you accessed your accounts from anywhere else? maybe from another device? There'sa possibility these apps are getting confused with trusting your device(thats my thought), so if you have accessed your account from another device, you will need to sign out to these accounts then sign in a fresh and sign out from other devices.

Thanks for reply, I am logged in on my phone and tablet so yeah could be right, I'll try log out of my phone see if that makes a change

Okay, I've tried logging off my phone and log onto tablet but it still doesn't work it just throws me out?
