In good condition with some wear on the bezel surrounding the screen as well as peeling on the kickstand. These are both common and minor issues.
The screen is 100% clean and free of scratches. The screen protector that is on it now is a little worn out.
The ESN is clear guaranteed. SIM card is not included.

The phone will ship with a clean install of Liquid Smooth Gingerbread version 3.2 unless the buyer would prefer I return it to stock but I would NOT recommend that as the most recent OTA that is rolling out (12/16-12/17) breaks root. Phones is S-off.
