Root TiBackup: integrate sys DALVIK into ROM

GREAT fairly new feature in Titanium backup. Not only can you use Ti to get rid of "bloatware", now you can free up even more internal space by moving the Dalvik cache into /system. I went from only 56mb free, to 114mb free.

YMMZ, Nandroid before making changes, etc etc..
