Good for you, micbeast! Will there be a correlation between how other phone updates were/were not handled? Yep. Here we have another Madoff teaching moment...It's all about *whom* you screw over!

No chance he's got a case. Even if he does have a case, Samsung just has to replace his phone with another model or refund his money and the case is gone.

Good,I hope he does well,I personally will not own another Samsung product, even if that means going back to the two cans and string.

@alsoran Ditto!!! I didn't bite for the Vibrant and tried to warn people that they'd get suckered, but here we are today and the proof was in the outcome. They got jacked just like the BH2 people did. You cannot victimize me if I don't allow it. I simply don't purchase phones with their name on it.

Even if all the suit gains is awareness of how they treat their customers, it will affect those people who like myself, stop giving money to companies who give me poor service.

I hate to say it but you are right. I bought into all the hype of the Vibrant, and I have been sorely disappointed with it's performance. So glitchy!
Anyway, I will be extremely reluctant to ever lay down another penny with Samsung, no matter how amazing their screens are. They talk a good game, but refuse to deliver! Too bad.:(
