Tidying Up

Hi,

I uninstalled the Guardian Anywhere app yesterday, but noticed today that the .GuardianAnywhere directory was still present in /sdcard. I've deleted it now, but it made me wonder about all the other directories in the /sdcard directory. Don't suppose anyone can shed any light on these and whether I can remove them?

.thinkfree

.Trashes

LOST.DIR
openfeint

TunnyBrowser

I know TunnyBrowser is Dolphin HD. I only have Dolphin Mini now (uninstalled HD), so can I remove this dir?

Are there any apps which will do this tidying up for me?

Thanks!

When in doubt, rename the folder, eg. LOST.DIR to LOST.DIR.OLD
Then if an app needs it, it will create a new folder or pop up an error (then you can just rename the folder back to it's original name).

Qft. Destructive editing and a trigger happy deletion finger can be risky. Always leave yourself a backup and if everything runs fine and youre confident then fully delete

Thanks all, didn't think about renaming folders! Obvious solution, I obviously couldn't see the wood for the trees. :)
