Tik Tok pinch zoom

I just replaced my S22+ with another S22+ under warranty. The pinch zoom for the Tik Tok app does not work anymore. I went to the Verizon store for help. The guy working there had a Pixel phone with the same Tik Tok version as I did and his pinch zoom worked. What am I missing? We went through every setting to try and fix this. Thanks in advance

So I'm guessing it worked on your old S22, correct? Have you tried uninstalling Tik Tok, rebooting your phone and reinstalling Tik Tok?

Maybe just forget about TikTok altogether and move on?

Yes, Tik Tok pinch zoom worked on my last phone. I tried uninstalling, rebooting phone an reinstalling. I am at a loss...

If you have all your updates and reinstalled the app, I would think it should work. if it worked on your last S22. If it's a critical app for you, I would go back to Verizon
