Is there any way to figure out which app uses which time? MXPE 6.0 native ( no update to)

I have my phone and all apps set to 12 Hour. I seem to have one app that appears in universal/24 hr format in small areas, like bottom of page. I've hunted through all apps and checked time and I can't find which app has a sort of notification in Universal time.

Same problem with an Inkbook Obsidian Android e-reader. It's from the EU and while I did get the time zone to US Mountain Daylight Savings - universal appears as footnotes there, too while main clock is 12 HR. It's running android 4.2. Didn't come with Google apps, and I don't need Google to get/buy books.

With the phone - it could be Jorte. I'm using the free version and there is something about a 36 hr clock that has a ghost check in the box, which means that some of those settings are in the free version and if you want to customize, you need to buy the app. I wouldn't mind buying the app, I just want the cause before I do. I can't find any info on a 36hr app on Jorte site. Most of the rest of the customization is stickers and other fancy nonsense I neither need nor want.
