Time to divert to voicemail

Can anyone tell me how to extend the time my Samsung Galaxy 3 takes to divert unanswered calls to voice mail? At the moment by the time I have dug the phone out of my pocket the call has already gone to voice mail. Bill.

Well this is done via your operator by using the code listed below. You need to enter your original phone number (mailbox no.) as issued when you signed up with your provider and the number of seconds you want the phone to ring before the call is diverted to the mailbox.

1. Type in **61*(mailbox no.)**(no. of seconds you want it to ring for, e.g. 05 to 30)#
2. Click Send

This should work for most UK operators but may be different with yours. If it doesn't then give the service team a call.
