Time to say Goodbye

Well.. the time has come to upgrade and I now have a Samsung Galaxy S2 :o

Only owned the X10 for about 6-9months but learned a lot about it. Its a great phone and I'll be sad to not use it, watching it gathering dust.

Thanks for all the help on here, time to move to the S2 section.
I'll keep popping back to help people where I can

samsung galaxy s2 nice choice, i upgraded to arc s but ive barely done anything with it and too scared to root it...only using it for calls and text for now. enjoy your new phone m8

Lucky guy. I am stuck with this pig of a phone for another 10 months. My carrier (who is quite possibly the worse carrier on earth) wants an additional $165 to get an upgrade.

Might as well be using a frigging black berry this things is so bad.

I envy your slick new device.

Get it rooted. Rooted my S2 after only 3 hours of opening the box. Took me longer to find the root methods than it did to find out how to use the phone. Cant say much on speed of pre root and after root on the S2 as wanted to remove the bloatware ASAP.

Thanks guys, Ill still pop in and try and help you guys. If I dont sell my X10 I might custom ROM it and try and play around with it to see if theres things Ive missed out whilst using it

congrats on the s2. I picked up the LTE slyrocket and I love it. way faster and bigger screen then the X10. but I miss the x10 I wont lie. cute little phone

I did exactly the same last week my time has come to an end with the X10 & now have an S2 which is just an amazing phone to use. Luckily my dad will be having my x10 so it will still live on in the household with him as he had his eyes on it from the moment i got it. But loved my x10 for the last 11 months :D

yea looks like ill be leaving sony too, first it was there tvs now its there phones, I called them about my bluetooth not compatible with my bluetooth headsets they said I need to use there headsets, screw that.

My contract ends in April and I'll be looking for a new phone. Must admit I've never been a great fan of Samsung phones, but the Galaxy S2 does look extremely tempting.

Still, who knows what might be available in 3 months time.
