Time Warner Cable DVR Manager

I just found a TWC DVR Manager. I know that they are developing an app, but until it's developed you can use this link --> DVR Manager in your browser to see your scheduled recordings and to search for other programming to record.

I tried this last night, works pretty well and updates the DVR with new recordings quick. I set a recording at 11:20 for 11:35 and it started on-time. For programs that should be recording currently it even shows a progress bar.

the link isn't working! and does this allow you to actually start and cancel recordings from your phone?
