Time zone recognition issue

When using checking voice mail on my Droid Ultra, my phone seems to be stuck in Pacific standard time zone although I've switched to Eastern time zone. V-mail automated voice gives me time of voice message as 11:00am, when the call actually came in at 2:00pm Eastern.

I've checked all my time settings and find no problem. My phones screen displays the correct date and time.

Suggestions?

Your carrier specific thread was moved to this forum that is dedicated to discussing Verizon questions.

I do not know of a way to make the time zone adjustment (I only use V-mail when they provide a free month [without me requesting it]).
