TING will be rolling out the first phase of their BYOD program in Q4 of this year. Certain phones will NOt be allowed on this program (list to come shortly from TING).
Most Sprint phones will eligible with a few notable exceptions (iPhone, Blackberry, PTT devices, a few more).
Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile devices are also not eligible for BYOD.

Phones purchased from TING can also be BYOD

I wish they'd do it now, I'd like to sign up but the S3 they sell is $100+ more than the ones on ebay.

Q4 is kind of vague, too. 10/1 or 12/1?

I wish they would do it now also, I'm looking to move, but need to save a little more money for the SGIII, unless I can find one cheap somewhere else.

Sounds like they still need to get some things straight with Sprint, hence the few months wait.

Announced over the weekend, the Galaxy SIII is in stock and shipping, Galaxy SII is on sale for $390.
HTC Evo 4g is up on site for sale now, with the ZTE Warp coming soon.
