'Tiny' tip or 'Long' tip mucroUSB cables (Pictures included)

I am curious if anyone has idea where I can find tiny tip or longer tip mucroUSB cables.

Explanation:
I got Samsung Galaxy S4 and the case. The opening on the case at microUSB port is rather small and I can not stick regular microUSB cable through it. The opening looks like the picture below.

and the regular microUSB tip looks like

I am looking for the cable that has tip smaller than the red lines in the picture above. If such cable is not available, a longer tip cable would work.

If anyone knows where I can find these cables, would love to know.

It's a tough question. I have a similar problem and had to trim some of my micro-usb cables (plastic housing) to fit cases. My advice is to search on monoprice.com or amazon.com for "micro usb cables" and pay close attention to images of micro-usb part of the cable. I know it's hard to judge, but looking at the proportion of the connector to the actual housing will give you an idea how big is it.

Also, why not use original S4 cable? Sammy makes the slimmest micro-usb housing. You can also search for S4 cable replacement. Mostly likely it will be a knock off, but they usually try to keep it looking "similar".
