Titanium backup on two devices?

I have a rooted droid 3, and will be receiving my xoom 4glte tomorrow via fedex. I paid for the full version of titanium backup on my phone, is it "proper" to port the same unlock key over to my xoom? If so, how? Is it as easy as going to the market and downloading the key again, or can i find it dug inside the droid3 somewhere?

Thanks in advance,
Izz

When you sign into your Google account, on either device, your apps that you have paid for should show up under "my apps".

If you purchased it from the Google Market, I think you'll need to have that market account on each phone.

If you purchased the key from their website, you can just copy the key file to the root of all of your phones. They tell you that's ok on their website, so it is completely legal to do that.
