Titanium Backup Restore is 0

In Titanium Backup, under Verify Backups and Delete Backups there 128, but in the Restore the quantity is zero. In the Backup/Restore Folder location there are the 128.

How do I get the backup quantity to appear in the Restore area?

How odd there's a discrepancy like that. Did you try to re-verify previous backups? -- In that 'Batch actions' menu tap on the 'RUN' button in 'Verify all your backups'. If that doesn't correct things, try doing a manual full backup -- tap on the 'RUN' button next to 'Backup all user apps + system data'. When it's done check your numbers again.
Also, be sure to verify whatever backup schedule you use is being run -- in the 'Schedules' tab, confirm the 'Enabled' check box is checked for either the '...all...' or '...new...' schedules you had set up.
