Tmobile phone unlocked with eip due Use on metro

If i have a unlocked tmobile phone that has a eip owed and that service is cancelled will it still work on metro? I couldnt find a amswer so made a new thread. I understand metro is tmobile so my guess would be probably not. Anyone have experience?

Welcome to the site!

If the phone was not paid off they will block it for non payment. Also, carriers share their list of blacklisted phones, so it probably wont work with any phone company.
