Root [TMobile] Samsung Galaxy s5 sm-900t

I just bought a galaxy s5 model sm-900t! I'm pretty sure its a T-Mobile model phone. But I have at&t service! I have read that at&t has there bootloader locks and the only recovery for it is safetrap recovery. But T-Mobile has unlocked bootloders and phills recovery will work just flash through Odin. But I'm not sure do I flash the mobile number sm-900t as if it was T-Mobile? Or do I flash at&t recovery bc of the service that is on the phone?? Thanks for any help you can give me..

Your service does not change your phone, whatever model your phone is stick with that.
