Tmobile terrible calls

Most of my family is on tmobile and lately they have been having troublea with calls. They cut out and are getting dropped calls alot. Im in excellent coverage for tmobile. So why is this happening?? Is it just cause tmobile is working on their towers??

Yes, my guess is that T-Mobile is upgrading their towers. T-Mobile started turning on LTE in Minneapolis in May, so they are likely upgrading the towers in your area to add LTE service.
