To-do list manager with sub-tasks + syncs with Windows?

Hello

There are millions of applications to manage to-do lists, but very few support sub-tasks although for professional use, it's often important to be able to divide a main task into multiple sub-tasks.

I'm looking for such an application, where sub-tasks can be at least 2-3 levels, available on Android and Windows (so I can sync without depending on web-based services).

I googled for this, and found the following:

Are there other alternatives I should check out?

Thank you.

OK, so you've already used Tasks+ which synchronizes with Google Tasks.

Then you know Google Tasks fits the bill. You can indent tasks to nest them to any level you want (until you run out of screen space).

Indented tasks act like sub-tasks in almost every respect;
If you check the parent done, the children get checked.
If you move the parent up/down in a list, the children get moved up/down
If you move the parent to a different list, the child goes with it to the new list
In all cases the child / children follow the parent and remain at the same level of indent.

I think there a few cases it doesn't act exactly give full task/subtask behavior.
Checking off all the children does not check off the parent.
Notifications act independently for each item with no recognition of their relationship When a notification arrives it only points you to the alarmed item. There is no way to navigate to the parent or child without going back to the list.
These are not problems once you get used to them.

There are quite a few more Android programs that use your google tasks.
GTO, Tasks (by Team Tasks), Gtasks

I tried them and settled on Gtasks awhile back. I use it every day many times and I love it.

By the way, when you access your google tasks on pc, you don't have to use the tiny sreen in gmail. You use the full screen canvas view in your browser
