to go from andoid 2.1 to andoid 1.5

i messed up when updating my samsung moment to andoid 2.1. i never did the cl14 update which was a minor update.
due to this issue for some reason my bluetooth issues were never fixed when i went from android 1.5 to 2.1 also the issue of my moment not having a solid gps signal is there too.

can anyone direct me how to either fix the update issues and or help me get back to inital install of 1.5 so i can just update the right way like i should have

Not having the CL14 update isn't going to affect your 2.1 flash, the phone is wiped clean during the process. You can try re-flashing the 2.1 update and see if that helps.
