Toggle "Media Profile" of Bluetooth

Here's an odd one for you pros.

I connect my Droid to, among other devices, the stereo in my jeep. Sometimes I play music off my Droid through bluetooth but don't want the Droid to keep the Media Profile active all the time. Otherwise audio notifications won't sound since my stereo would be on something other than BT Audio.

What I'd like to know is if there is an app that will disable/enable only the Media Profile. I want bluetooth on for making/receiving calls through my stereo though.

Right now I don't even know if it's possible. If someone that knows the SDK could even tell me that I'd be happy.

I am looking for this exact answer. I know you can manually toggle it on/off (on my Captivate at least) under Settings > Wireless and network > Bluetooth Settings > long click on your headset and select Options > then enable/disable (check/uncheck) Media

But that is a pain to do getting in and out of the car. I am trying to find something that disables it when a 3.5mm jack is plugged in, or even a button widget would be ok.
