Toggle screen lock?

I am looking for a way to be able to lock the screen with a single click right away, instead of waiting for the minimum15 seconds timed lock. Because I accidentally press buttons and with a toggle lock screen - the screen would be locked right away.
Is there a nice toggle screen lock app/widget?

I'm using Motorola XT720
I figured the Power button acts like a lock button? BHut what do I press then when I want to shut down the phone and stop receiving the calls?
