toggling between sound and vibrate only

Just wonder whether I missed something from my research of finding a widget that can toggle between sound and vibrate only as I have been so far able to find widgets that toggle between sound, vibrate and silent only.

Because most of people only need toggling between Sound and Silent. Vibrate mode is a bonus [emoji6]

Moto has it. How about an app for ringtones that would silence the sound but let the vibrate work?

I want the Lockscreen Vibration Widget, but it will not work on my S4. I think it is because the lockscreen already has a built in widget with the clock and Life Companion widget which I can not remove.
My ZTE Force had this built in and was super awesome.
