I installed tone picker from the market on my Garminfone to change my notification tones. When I was messing around with tone picker, the com.android.mms crashed. Now whenever I go to settings > apps > messaging the same error message pops up. Uninstalling tone picker hasn't solved the problem. However, I am still able to send and receive messages.
