"Too many tabs open"

I keep getting an error msge in internet saying more than 16 tabs are open when as far as I can see I have only 1. Is there a method of identifying tabs and deleting them?
 
Are you using the Samsung browser or Chrome? If it's the Samsung one, I'd recommend using Chrome. I imagine its some kind of bug with the Samsung browser.
