Too slow for YouTube?

So I have the Razr (MAXX isn't available in Germany yet ) When I tried to watch videos on YouTube (through the app or the normal site) it will buffer for several minutes then I get to watch about 3 seconds of video then right back to several minutes of buffering. This even happens on a 20 second video! Also battery life is laughable even when I don't use my phone all day. It looks like T-mobile here will not let me exchange my phone to try something else...am I stuck with a super slow battery devouring beast?

It sounds like your signal is crap. That would cause the video not to play and also cause your battery to drain like crazy. I would factory reset the phone and try again and if it is still bad, exchange the phone for a new(used like new) device.

OK, I'll head to the T-Mobile shop and see if I can exchange my phone. Even while my data is throttled (I'm with T-Mobile) I would expect (hope?) I should be able to watch videos without issue.
