Top up for $24?

I read a thread about getting top up cards online for $24.01? or something close to that figure but stupid me forgot to bookmark the site. Anyone know where the thread or site is?

This code (CA3P-1207) still works for dropping the price down on the $25.00 plan to $24.01 Otherwise I think it's roughly around $24.75
