Toronto Transit Commission has revealed plans to make an app to make it easier to report harassment. Riders will be able to open the app and use their phone's camera to take a photo of the harassment or assault in progress. This is an alternative to the current method of pressing a safety strip that alerts everyone on the train to an incident.
