Torque App with 327 OBD Connector

I bought a China-direct OBD bluetooth transmitter on eBay. I can connect with Torque ($4.99 version) but I can not get it to read the ECU in my car. It shows all four icons, lit up solid, indication that I am connected OK. When I go to the menu that shows status it indicates that I am connected fine. Any ideas on what I can try?

What car do you have? What year? Some cars wont allow you to do that, especially foreign cars. Also, does everything else work on it? Do the gauges work?

You can also try the forum for the Torque app, just google it, the guy that makes the app runs it and does a very good job at answering questions.

Also, it could just be a bad module, I have heard of a lot of the ebay ones that are bad.

Mine would not connect with the ECU in a Ford until the engine was running. But I only had 3 lights and the 4th light flashing, so I'm not sure that's your problem.

Try with the engine running in any case. And you do know about the Torque forum, right?
