Torque Pro download problem

Hi everyone..
Introductions aside for a moment .. I am trying to download Torque Pro but all I get is the message ... You havn't accessed the Google Play store App on your device with this email account..

I have the White shopping bag up on the Achos screen and seem to be able to download other software but not Torque Pro and when I do the Achos screen tells me No application found please try another search.. i've also set up an account with google play.. needless to say i'm new to Android having purchased an Archos 70 Internet Tablet.. but this is sooo frustrating

Any help out there ??

Clear data from the Google Play store; sign back in with the username and password you use to log in before.

Well.. I logged out of google play and logged back in again .. then after a few minutes left myself logged into google play and went to the white shopping bag icon on the Archos screen and I still get a message on there to say no application found, please try another search

Am I supposed to be downloading this Torque app from Google play or the White shopping bag Archos Icon ??.. very confused

The shopping bag should open up the Google Play store and allow you to install application(s) on your device.

Here is an apk for the Google Play store: GooglePlayStore3.5.19.apk

Also, you should check in to your device's support forum for some assistance with your device. Most members don't usually visit the intro section.

Thanks for the help and almost there downloaded the thread you sent me and installed same but still getting an error message .. i'll look at the Archos site in case i'm missing something there

This machine is about to go in the bin..!!
I now have the google play shopping bag on my screen and have logged out of google play and logged back in again and if I try accessing the shopping bag icon on screen I get a message ... The application google play store (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly Please try again.. with a little box saying Force Close .. so I have to Force close to get rid of it .. which presumably stops Google Play opening ??
