ASKING: $350
Reason for selling: College Student that needs money more than spending it on the final repair. I need books for Winter quarter, and most importantly I live 25 miles from my college, I need gas money.
I have NO job.
Toshiba Core i5 E205 S1904. Bought this from a friend. Neglected to tell me the HD password and I am at a different school.
Works, starts up, can get into bios, but will ask for HD password, so i think the HD needs to be switched but i don't know, hopefully you know more than me and can fix it but I can't guarentee that., but all my quote for it have been $170-$190, so I don't have $200, rather sell this and pay for books.Even the Bios Locked laptop sold on eBay for $500, and that would need a new motherboard!!
-After spending near $600 on the laptop, I could buy a TB hd, and replace it for around $190, or cheaper. But I don't have another 200 to get it up and running. I really wanted to get even on it, but I realize I can't. And with Winter quarter coming up; I have Chemistry, Biology, and Calc, the books will cost me a ton. If you got a HD lying around and fix it might do the trick hopefully, congrats, I couldn't be happier for you, but I need cash for books and gas.
Just has some normal wear and tear on top and the HD password. The only known problems as of right now.
Asking: $350. Will consider all and any offers.
Sold as is.
