Toshiba Regza AT100 - Gtalk voice problem

Dear all

I recently bought a Toshiba Regza AT100 and installed gtalk, am able to communicate,but the voice is very feeble i tried all the possibilities that i know, can anyone help me why the incoming voice is so low , do i need to do any modification in the setting or something else i have to do?
