Toshiba Thrive new owner

Hi All,
I'm new to Android. Love my iPhone, yet wasn't thrilled with my ipad2, so i sold it. I got the Thrive for Christmas, so I'm trying to figure it all out. Seems kind of slow as far as responsiveness. Some apps aren't available that I use alot. Hopefully, I'll get used to it.
