I'm afraid we'll need more information to be able to help. When did this start, what other symptoms, whether the device was dropped, got wet, whether you updated or modified the software before it happened? Please post again, as information you can provide may help somebody to identify the cause.
Knowing only that it doesn't work, all I could suggest would be a factory reset or returning the device for repair. But with more information someone may be able to come up with something else.
