Help Touch screen insensitivity.

Hallo,
When my battery goed down to about 25%, the touchscreen in lower right corner is really insensitive, i have tk press quite hard, and when i wanna scroll, it just clicks something instead of scrolling...
It's solved when i reboot, but it bugs me.
Why is this?

Could be a number of things. Run the battery down to about 20%, then bring it into the store and ask them what's going on.

I ordered it online.. so there's no store.
