hi my touch screen stopped working today Lg Motion , i was wondering if there was any i could connect my phone to my computer and sync all my pictures if the screen doesnt work.

If you have USB debugging enabled you can use androidscreencast to gain complete control of your phone.

If not you could try the apps suggested in this thread about a different problem:

Different problem, but potentially same solution.
Either way you can at least get whatever's on the SD card by removing it from the phone and using a card reader on your computer.
