Yesterday, I was just listening to music on Youtube on my Samsung Transfix and when I went to search and listen to another song, I realized the touch screen was not working or the home key and the other bottom keys, although my keyboard works. I've tried taking out the battery, cleaning the phone, hard resetting it and taking out the SIM card and now feel like giving up on it. So please if someone has any answer to fix my problem please reply because I don't know what else to do
