I have been using Touchdown by Nitro Desk for a while as a replacement email and calendar application. Mostly because stock android calendar won't let you specify a start time to your day and often shows 12 am to 8 am. Genius!
Anyway, after using the email application for a while then hitting the shortcut widget for calendar, it appears stuck in email mode. The only way to get to calendar is to hit the back arrow a lot of times.
I complained to the author and they said to never swap between applications using the home screen or a shortcut, just us the "back" button to back out.
Anyone else have this issue?
Any ideas on a fix or workaround?
Why would developers not follow typical application standards, especially on a $20 application?
