i need help! my mercury huawei touch screen is not working never been wet or near water and my phone keeps making a small vibration

Hopefully by now you've gotten it figured out but if not...
- Check for a screen protector that's causing difficulty
- Try removing the battery for a few minutes and then rebooting
- If all else fails you might try a factory reset
