My phone is a Galaxy S3 SPH-L710 Android version 4.4.2.
My touchscreen often (2-3 times a day) fails to work. The phone is working (I can give it voice commands, for example), but it doesn't acknowledge being touched at all. I can usually fix it by taking the battery out and then putting it back in and turning the phone back on, but that's quite a pain to have to do over and over again.
Once in a while, when I do this, the screen won't turn on at all - it'll just stay black - and I'll have to remove the battery again and restart to get it to work.
I don't know much about my phone... Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
