Help Touchscreen stops working when making/receiving a call

I have LG L90 and when I making calls or receiving calls the screen goes black and I can't see the screen and non of the keys or touchscreen response until the call is finish.
Any idea or help?
Many thanks in advanced.

Hi

Normally phones do this when held up to your ear so that you dont press anything with your ear. If its doing this when not close to your ear, maybe there is something covering the proximity sensor eg dirt or a poorly fitting phone case? As a temporary fix, on most phones you can disable the "auto screen off during calls" behavior in the settings of the dialer app.
