Ok so this is what happened to get me where i am now.
Rooted, flashed CWM recovery, made backup, flashed cwm for 7022(booted but touchscreen unresponsive), Restored backup and now touchscreen is not working either.
Any help is greatly appreciated as this is my wife's tablet she got just 2 days ago and lets just say its raining outside in the dog house.
