Trace keyboard unavailable after android update

Updated android this morning. Noticed immediately that trace keyboard is no longer an option - anyone else got the same issue?

I'm surprised no one answered this. Although I didnt try the trace keyboard, I did see it in the options. But it vanished after an update. It even disappeared from the instruction manual, the 1st 1 I downloaded had it in, when I couldnt find it (on the phone) I downloaded the manual again & sure enough it was no longer in the instructions.

I now use Swype Beta, a free non market app which works perfectly on this phone.

Interesting. Didn't think to re - download the manual.

I too went for 3rd party TouchPal from the play store which works well.

I'm surprised there were no other references to the removal too .
