Talking to a friend and we got to talking about a problem I experienced today.
I got a text from American Express about a "Card Not Present" transaction online for $20.00, it said to press '2' if that was FRAUD.
I pressed '2', and got a reply with a number to call..... end of that story, I got a new credit card coming.

My friend was telling me that he had heard there is an app or a Credit Card company and their app, that can track your GPS and if a credit/debit card transaction occurs, and your cellphone is not in the same location, it will be flagged as Fraud, and you get an immediate alert.
Has anyone heard, or know of this?
