Trade a 1 week old Evo 4G plus accessories for HTc Arrive

I'm looking to trade my one week old Evo plus all it's accessories for an HTC Arrive. I got the Evo brand new from sprint last Thursday. It's not one scratch on it and it is rooted. I'm including an HDMI Dock, Unused Zagg Screen Shield, 1 Extra OEM Battery and a Seidio Car Dock. I also have the original box for the box and the HDMI Dock.

I'm looking to trade everything for an Arrive. The Arrive must be in excellent condition just like the Evo.
